FAMILY MORI & BECATTELLI

The property has been acquired by the great-grandparents Adolfo Mori and Emma Fusi in 1965 and given to their daughter, Concetta, who married Mario Becatelli in 1968, in a wonderful Tuscan sun day: from this union Massimo was born, he is a geometer in love with is property. He actually continues his family enterprise in Tuscan country, following the family tradition and with new technologies and quality.

Our vineyards were planted in 1970 and one year later the olive trees.

Since 1971 we continue the cultivation and the harvest; during the years we increase our production and knowledge, thanks to the experience of years of work and sacrifices.

Between 1971 and 1972 the fringe was built, where we preserve the most appreciated and required wine in the world that is the red Chianti Wine DOP, the Vinsanto, the Grappa of very high quality: products which are waiting you to be tasted and degusted.

The olive and grapes harvest in Chianti, with experience, allowed us to obtain wonderful products that from 43 years we continue to offer at our clients and friends: Chianti wine and Extra Virgin Oil, obtained with cold squeezing and exportation quality.

During the years we integrated new types of olive and grapes.

In 2011 our little joy Viola Becattelli was born, very friend of Pippo, our mascot.

Concetta died in 2014, leaving the enterprise at the son Massimo and her husband Mario: Massimo continues the family tradition renovating rotating the vines, beginning de bottling and converting to the biologic, which began with Concetta; the converting period ended in 2015 so now our products are certified as biological.

In 2016 Massimo began to plant a new vineyard of Tuscan typical vines following the methods of the ancient tradition (Sangiovese 80% and 20% between Canaiolo, Colorino, Pugnitello e Mammolo).
